 Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including:

• Bathing and personal hygiene
• Dressing and grooming
• Toileting and incontinence care
• Mobility, transfers, and ambulation

• Medication reminders or administration (as permitted by Maryland regulations)
• Monitoring for medication compliance
• Coordination with pharmacies and healthcare providers 

• Awake or on-site staff available at all times
• Ongoing monitoring to ensure resident safety and well-being 

• Three nutritious, home-style meals prepared daily
• Snacks provided throughout the day
• Accommodation of dietary needs and preferences

• Regular cleaning of resident rooms and common areas
• Laundry services, including linens and personal clothing

• Daily activities to promote engagement and well-being
• Opportunities for social interaction and connection
• Games, music, light exercise, and group activities 

• Observation and reporting of changes in condition
• Coordination with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare providers

• Compassionate support for residents experiencing memory loss, such as Alzheimer's disease, and other forms of dementia through structured routines, engagement, and supervision for safety 

• Ongoing communication with families regarding resident care
• Updates on changes in condition or needs
• Support and guidance for families throughout the care journey 

 Short-term stays for families and caregivers, subject to availability 

 Based on staff availability, we may assist with transportation arrangements and hospital transfers. Residents and their primary contact are responsible for scheduling and managing appointments

 We can provide information and referrals regarding Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits and other appropriate financial resources that may help eligible veterans and their spouses cover costs.
