Yes, we have a structured program for residents with mild to moderate memory impairment and carefully handled evaluation for each prospective resident to ensure we can meet their needs safely without risk.
Our licensed staff perform medication reconciliation at admission and administer medications per physician orders, documenting on a Medication Administration Record (MAR). Controlled medication policies and secure storage are enforced.
We assist with coordinating care with physicians, nurses, therapists, home health agencies, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers to support residents’ healthcare needs. Specific skilled services, such as wound care and injections are provided if ordered and within facility scope; outside providers may be accommodated per request.
In order to guarantee a safe environment to our residents, we maintain a trained and licensed staff 24/7. Each staff member is required to pass a thorough background check and participate in mandatory ongoing competency training.
